By accessing job listings, recruitment notifications, or form-filling services on Bihar Cyber Hub, you confirm that you have read and agreed to these terms. Continued use of our platform constitutes acceptance.

हर सेवा का शुल्क आवेदन से पहले स्पष्ट रूप से प्रदर्शित किया जाता है। भुगतान केवल हमारे आधिकारिक UPI या वॉलेट से ही करें।

• 📄असली दस्तावेज़ अपलोड करेंUpload only genuine, valid & unaltered certificates, mark sheets, ID proofs
• ✍️सही जन्मतिथि और योग्यताProvide accurate DOB, qualification, category & other recruitment details
• 🕐समय सीमा का ध्यान रखेंApply before the last date — we are not responsible for missed deadlines
• 🛡️भर्ती नियमों का पालन करेंFollow all rules of the respective recruiting body (SSC, Railway, BPSC etc.)

निम्नलिखित कार्य सख्त मना हैं और इनसे आपका खाता तुरंत निलंबित किया जा सकता है:

• ❌फर्जी शैक्षणिक प्रमाण पत्रSubmission of fake degrees, marksheets, caste certificates or ID proof
• ❌किसी और के नाम पर आवेदनApplying on behalf of another person using their credentials without consent
• ❌गलत श्रेणी (Category) का चयनSelecting wrong reservation category (SC/ST/OBC/EWS) to gain unfair advantage
• ❌एकाधिक आवेदनSubmitting multiple applications for the same post fraudulently
• ❌गलत जानकारी से आवेदनUsing incorrect age, qualification or experience details in recruitment forms

• ✅रिफंड मिलेगाIf form could not be submitted due to technical error from our side
• ✅डुप्लीकेट भुगतानDuplicate payments refunded within 5–7 working days
• ❌भर्ती रद्द होने पर नहींNo refund if recruitment is cancelled or vacancies reduced by the department
• ❌अयोग्यता पर नहींNo refund if application rejected due to ineligibility or wrong information by applicant

Bihar Cyber Hub का लोगो, डिज़ाइन, कंटेंट, सॉफ़्टवेयर और ब्रांडिंग पूर्णतः Bihar Cyber Hub की संपत्ति है। बिना लिखित अनुमति के इनका उपयोग कानूनी अपराध है।

All logos, designs, content, software and branding on this platform are the exclusive property of Bihar Cyber Hub. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may invite legal action.

Bihar Cyber Hub केवल एक भर्ती सहायता प्लेटफॉर्म है। परीक्षा तिथि, मेरिट, चयन सूची, एडमिट कार्ड जारी करना या भर्ती रद्द करना — ये सभी निर्णय संबंधित भर्ती बोर्ड (SSC, Railway, BPSC, Indian Navy आदि) के अधीन हैं।

Bihar Cyber Hub is only a recruitment assistance platform. Decisions regarding exam schedules, merit lists, selection, admit card release or cancellation of recruitment entirely rest with the concerned board (SSC, Railways, BPSC, Indian Navy etc.). We hold no liability for outcomes of any recruitment process.

यदि कोई उपयोगकर्ता इन शर्तों का उल्लंघन करता है, तो Bihar Cyber Hub बिना सूचना दिए उसका खाता निलंबित या स्थायी रूप से समाप्त करने का अधिकार रखता है।

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms — without prior notice.

ये शर्तें भारतीय कानूनों के अंतर्गत मान्य हैं। किसी भी विवाद की स्थिति में, पटना (बिहार) के न्यायालयों का अनन्य क्षेत्राधिकार होगा।

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Patna, Bihar.
