By using this platform, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using our services.

• 🔞आयु सीमाYou must be 18 years or older to register an account
• 🇮🇳भारतीय नागरिकServices are primarily for Indian citizens with valid ID
• 📝सही जानकारीYou must provide accurate and truthful information
• 👨‍👩‍👧नाबालिगों के लिएMinors must be represented by a parent/guardian

अपने खाते की सुरक्षा की जिम्मेदारी पूरी तरह आपकी है।

• 🔑पासवर्ड गोपनीय रखेंKeep your password confidential — never share with anyone
• 📱OTP कभी न बताएंNever share your OTP, even with our staff
• ⚠️संदिग्ध गतिविधिReport any suspicious activity immediately
• 🚪लॉगआउट करेंAlways logout from shared or public devices

हर सेवा का शुल्क आवेदन से पहले स्पष्ट रूप से प्रदर्शित किया जाता है। भुगतान केवल हमारे आधिकारिक UPI या वॉलेट से ही करें।

• 💰पारदर्शी शुल्कAll service charges shown upfront — no hidden fees
• 🏦सरकारी शुल्क अलगGovernment fees are separate from our service charges
• 📃रसीद जारीDigital receipt issued for every transaction
• ⚠️केवल आधिकारिक चैनलPay only via verified UPI/wallet — never to personal accounts

• 📄सही दस्तावेज़Upload only genuine, valid & non-tampered documents
• ✍️सत्य जानकारीProvide truthful information at all times
• 🛡️कानून का पालनComply with all applicable Indian laws
• 🤝शिष्ट व्यवहारCommunicate respectfully with our staff

निम्नलिखित कार्य सख्त मना हैं और इनसे आपका खाता तुरंत निलंबित किया जा सकता है:

• ❌फर्जी दस्तावेज़Submission of fake, forged or tampered documents
• ❌दूसरों की पहचानUsing someone else's identity without permission
• ❌हैकिंग प्रयासHacking attempts, scraping or unauthorized access
• ❌स्पैम / दुरुपयोगSpamming, abusive language or harassment
• ❌पुनर्विक्रयReselling our services without written authorization

• ✅रिफंड कब मिलेगाIf service could not be initiated due to technical error from our end
• ✅डुप्लीकेट भुगतानDuplicate payments are refunded within 5–7 working days
• ❌रिफंड नहीं मिलेगाIf application is rejected by the concerned government department
• ❌गलत जानकारीIf applicant provided incorrect/false information

Bihar Cyber Hub का लोगो, डिज़ाइन, कंटेंट, सॉफ़्टवेयर और ब्रांडिंग पूर्णतः Bihar Cyber Hub की संपत्ति है। बिना लिखित अनुमति के इनका उपयोग कानूनी अपराध है।

All logos, designs, content, software and branding on this platform are the exclusive property of Bihar Cyber Hub. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited and may invite legal action.

Bihar Cyber Hub केवल एक सेवा सुविधाकर्ता (facilitator) है। आवेदनों की अंतिम स्वीकृति/अस्वीकृति संबंधित सरकारी विभाग के अधीन है।

Bihar Cyber Hub acts only as a service facilitator. The final approval or rejection of any application rests solely with the concerned government department. We are not liable for delays, rejections or losses arising from government processes.

यदि कोई उपयोगकर्ता इन शर्तों का उल्लंघन करता है, तो Bihar Cyber Hub बिना सूचना दिए उसका खाता निलंबित या स्थायी रूप से समाप्त करने का अधिकार रखता है।

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms — without prior notice.

ये शर्तें भारतीय कानूनों के अंतर्गत मान्य हैं। किसी भी विवाद की स्थिति में, पटना (बिहार) के न्यायालयों का अनन्य क्षेत्राधिकार होगा।

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Patna, Bihar.
